Greetings to all !

Our editorial team is ready with the third edition of The Spice Route India Newsletter. It was never an easy journey till date. To set off the newsletter was the biggest challenge. From a humble start in April 2020, we are now releasing with the third edition, and we have come a long way since then.

The newsletter is a unique opportunity to have a test and practice of your skills in scientific writing, reporting, editing and communication. For readers, the Spice Route India Newsletter gives opportunities to read about recent updates, real case scenarios etc. It also features vivid creativities from different corners of India adding flavours to this piece of reading.

COVID 19 pandemic put all of us on a backfoot. We had to limit our activities to the boundaries of online platforms restricting physical gatherings. At the same time it gave us a wonderful opportunity of interacting with everyone in one go irrespective of physical distance, hurdles in travel and huge expenses on interstate or even international travel.

Over the past three editions, the newsletter has become more scholarly and vivid. With each edition the benchmark is going up and we hope to move forward and upward with each edition. We sincerely thank the National Executive of Academy of Family Physicians of India (AFPI) for all the encouragement and support extended to us.
